My cast list was originally three robbers:
- Sarah Shields
- Katie Thomson
- Steph North
two cops:
- Nathan Brennan
- Kris Bateman
But I have now had to change my cast list as one of my cast members (Katie Thompson) l not be able to perform in my video and other members such as Steph North and Kris Bateman I am cutting out of the video as I believe that I should only have 1 robber and 1 cop as this will not affect performance as these are my main performers and also it will make my filming much easier as I have less people to move to different locations.
So my new cast list is now:
Sarah Shields - Robber
Nathan Brennan - Cop
Tye Malton - Extra
The reason these two people are in my cast is because they are easy to get in contact with and they will listen to my instructions and I believe they will perform well as my 'robber' did performing arts, dance etc so will be able to use her skills in my video. Another reason I have chose this cast is that the 'cop' has a car and will be able to transport me and the cast to our locations.

Photos to go in montage
The reason I have chosen these pictures is because these are modern/contemporary buildings that are associated with wealth or power which contrasts against the stereotypical view of my main caracters as they are 'robbers' and I will be shooting my video in some 'run down' areas which is associated with poverty.

Inluences from other videos
I have taken some influences from other videos and manipulated and interpreted them in my own way and applied them to my music videos. I have looked at many videos from within the genre which have given me ideas for my video, but the biggest influence would be 'Goodbye Mr A' which is also another 'Hoosiers' song, this influenced me as this uses a similar non-stereotypical view of good and bad associated things by using techniques such as costume etc. For example in the video they use a 'wacky' and 'weird' way of presenting their narrative and using performances from the cast, another point would be their costume as they are the 'bad guys' but are dressed as a stereotypical superhero which goes against the convention, i have tried to also encorporate a similar idea by using girls as my robbers and representing them superior to men which is not stereotypical as girls are not usually seen as theives and are also not usually seen as superior to men. This also encorporates the influence of superhero characters such as 'Catwomen' who is a classic example of a women theif that is superior to men.
